Hangar 26
Part of the Aeroplex's diverse aviation assets, this hangar can accommodate a variety of aviation or industrial uses. Twin peaked roofs, with 25-foot clearance, give the steel constructed building one of the more attractive profiles on the Aeroplex Airfield. The interior, divided into two drive-through bays with 99 foot doors, is wide open. Infrastructure includes halide lighting, gas forced-air heat system, and 400 amp, 242/436 volt electrical system. Water, sewer, and telephone capacity can be added to suit tenant's needs. Adjacent ramp/apron space is available for aircraft parking, or can be converted to a parking lot. Additional aviation assets include approximately 180,000 s.f. of hangar space, over 1 million s.f. of ramp space, a 12,500 foot long runway, and "state-of-the-art" navigational systems. The airfield can be used for commercial air cargo, aircraft maintenance, or corporate aircraft use.
