North Central Indiana’s premier industrial and aviation park is located in Miami County. The Grissom Aeroplex Aviation/Industrial Park is “Shovel Ready” with direct access to US Highway 31 and the Grissom Airfield.  Infrastructure includes new roadways, gas, water, sewer, electric, and fiber optics.  North Miami Industrial Park is located approximately ½ mile off U.S. 24.  Infrastructure in this park includes gas, water, sewer, and electric service. In addition to industrial parks, Miami County has several green field parcels, ranging from 1 to 45+ acres, available for light industrial, commercial, and retail development.
